1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using buiild ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
buiild provides a platform for building and publishing one-page websites. The Service is offered in Free and paid Pro tiers. Features differ by plan as described on the Pricing page.
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. User Content
You retain ownership of content you create. By publishing, you grant us a limited licence to host and display that content. You must not post content that is illegal, harmful, defamatory, or infringes any third-party rights.
5. Prohibited Use
You may not use the Service to distribute malware, conduct phishing, send spam, or violate any applicable law. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
6. Payment & Refunds
Pro plans are billed in advance in INR. All prices exclude 18% GST which is added at checkout. Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if you have not used Pro features. Annual plans may be cancelled at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period.
7. Intellectual Property
All software, design, and trademarks of buiild are our exclusive property. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or resell any part of the Service.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify registered users by email of material changes.
